Fiona McLellan joined the Employment department in July 2006. Fiona qualified as a Solicitor in Scotland in 1999 and England & Wales in 2003. Prior to joining FFW Fiona worked as a senior solicitor in the London office of a top two Scottish law firm.

Fiona's practice covers the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues.  On the contentious side Fiona has experience in handling general claims such as unfair (constructive) dismissal and breach of contract, as well as more complex multi-party discrimination and TUPE related claims. Fiona is an experienced and successful Tribunal advocate.

On the non-contentious side Fiona frequently supports the firm's corporate lawyers on the employment aspects of commercial transactions and provides advice to both employees and employers on a wide range of issues, as well as drafting contract and policy documentation.
