Caroline joined Field Fisher Waterhouse in 2002 as a trainee and qualified into the Employment and Pensions Group in 2004.

Caroline has dealt with both non-contentious and contentious matters for both private sector companies, public sector bodies and trade organisations.

Caroline’s non-contentious experience includes corporate support work, including due diligence exercises. She has drafted executive service agreements, contracts of employment and company policies. Caroline advises employers on employee relations issues such as poor performance and misconduct and the approach that employers should take to disciplinary and grievance issues.

On the contentious side, Caroline’s cases tend to involve acrimonious disputes, where she has developed finely tuned diplomatic skills as well as an ability to master and administer complex facts with voluminous documentation.

Caroline presents seminars and workshops as part of the Employment and Pensions Group annual training programme.
