Charlotte qualified in New Zealand in 2003 and joined the FFW team in November 2007 as an assistant solicitor.  She practiced employment law in New Zealand where she advised clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.  She has appeared regularly in the New Zealand Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court.  Her current workload at Field Fisher Waterhouse includes managing a variety of Employment Tribunal cases relating to unfair dismissal and discrimination and advising on non-contentious matters.
