Neil is an Assistant Solicitor in the Employment Department. Neil has a broad experience of contentious and non contentious employment matters. He regularly advises both private and public sector employers and also has experience acting for and advising individuals. His experience includes advising on High Court bonus claims, FSA and injunctive matters.  Neil also has broad experience advising on TUPE matters, collective redundancies and drafting employment contracts, handbooks and policies.  His Tribunal workload covers unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and all aspects of discrimination law.

Neil has written articles for publications such as Personnel Today and is the updating author for Xpert HR's online chapters on the employment aspects of financial services matters.
