Sapna is an Assistant Solicitor in the Employment Department. She handles a broad range of non-contentious and contentious matters for both private sector companies and public sector bodies.

Her corporate support work involves carrying out due diligence exercises on target companies and advising on staff transfers under TUPE in asset sales. She drafts executive service agreements, contracts of employment and company policies. Sapna advises employers on employee relations issues such as poor performance and misconduct and the approach that employers should take to disciplinary and grievance issues. On the contentious side she specialises in complex document heavy, multi-day Tribunal claims typically involving issues of race and disability discrimination. Sapna also presents seminars and workshops on a regular basis as part of the Employment Department's annual training programme.
